Spice Rub:
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
 
- 2 tbsp. paprika
 
- 1 tbsp. oregano (preferably Mexican oregano)
 
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
 
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
 
- 1/4 tsp. salt
 
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
 
- 2 tbsp. lime zest

- Preheat the oven to 350°, combine and mix all ingredients for the Mexican rub and coat the ribs evenly. In aluminium foil, wrap ribs with the lime juice and bake for 30-35 mins. After cooking time, coat the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce turning in the process. Continue cooking 15 minutes with the foil open. Let rest 5 minutes and serve!
